View Vietnam Overview 12 days in a larger mapEnjoy the tour to understand of the Vietnamese country and people. Beginning from Sai Gon, you will visit Reunification Palace and Cu Chi tunnels. Go to My Tho for a boat trip on Me Kong Delta River and then road trip to Nha Trang along national highway 1. Here you will discover the beauty of the beach City with many islands and best resorts.
Continue your tour with a flight to Da Nang and then a car to Hoi An. Visit the province famous with the motto "One destination. Two world cultural sites" including Hoi An ancient town and My Son Sanctuary. A trip through Mandarin road take you to Hue City with poetic Perfume River and many palaces, tombs of the old capital of Vietnam from 1802 to 1945.
A night train brings you to Ha Noi where you will visit President Hochiminh's complex and the old quarter. Driver to Ha Long and take a boat trip on the bay to enjoy the fantastic beauty of typical limestone caves, islands and beaches. You will also visit Cat Ba national park and take a look around Hai Phong City.
Your tour will end in Ha Noi.DAY 1: HOCHIMINH CITY - ARRIVAL (D)
Meet at Tan Son Nhat international airport. Transfer to hotel. Dinner on floating restaurant on Sai Gon River. Night in Ho Chi Minh City
DAY 2: HOCHIMINH CITY - CU CHI TUNNEL (B, L )
AM: HCMC City tour: Visit HoChiMinh City Hall, Notre Dame Church, Thong Nhat Conference Hall, China Town and Thien Hau Temple, War Museum. Lunch.
PM: Drive to visit Cuchi Underground Tunnel - a battle field in Vietnam War closely to Saigon City .Night in Hochiminh City.DAY 3: MY THO (MEKONG DELTA) (B, L )
Drive to visit My Tho Town in Tien Giang Province,one of 11 provinces in the Mekong Delta. Boat trip on Mekong River to visit farmer's house and garden. Lunch on an islet in the river. Visit bee-raising farm, coconut-candy enterprise. Drive back to Hochiminh City. Stop at Long An Town to visit a CaoDai Temple, a strange religion in the South of Vietnam. Night in Hochiminh City.
DAY 4: HOCHIMINH CITY - NHA TRANG (B, L )
Drive to Nha Trang, a beautiful city on the beach. It is 450 km to the North of HoChiMinh City. On the way stop to have lunch at Ca Na Beach and visit PoKlong Krai Cham Tower in Phan Rang. Night in Nha Trang.
DAY 5: NHA TRANG CITY TOUR (B, L )
Boat trip to visit Tri Nguyen Aquarium and Hon Tam Island. Bathing and lunch at Hon Tam - a clean blue-water beach in the island.
P.M: Visit Ponagar Cham Tower, Long Son Pogoda, Hon Chong Rocks and Nha Trang (Dam) market. Night in Nha Trang .DAY 6: NHATRANG-DANANG - HOI AN (B, L ) By Flight
Tranfer to Nha Trang airport for flying to Da Nang by VN 334 (08:10 - 09:25). Visit Cham Museum. Lunch.
P.M. Visit China Beach, Ngu Hanh Son Stone Village (handicraft). Drive to visit Hoi An Ancient Town - a World's Cultural Heritage in the central Vietnam, 30 km to the South of Danang. Overnight in Hoi An townDAY 7: HOI AN - MY SON - HUE (B, L )
Drive to visit My Son, a ancient religion center of the Cham people in the past, 40 km to the South West of Hoi An town, another World's Cultural Heritage.
P.M: Driver to Hue (120 km) through Hai Van Mountain Pass of 30 km length. Stop on the top of the mountain for photo. Relax at Lang Co Beach. Free time for dinner and night in Hue - The Old Capital.DAY 8: HUE CITY TOUR -HANOI (B, L, D) ( night train )
Visit The Old Capital full day.
AM: Boat trip on Perfume River to visit handicraft village: making conical hat and bronze casting. Visit Thien Mu Pagoda considered as Royal Pagoda of the Nguyen Dynasty and Imperal Citadel. Lunch.
PM: Visit Mausoleums of Tu Duc and Khai Dinh King. Visit a typical garden-house in Hue (Hue has another name as "city of garden"). Visit Dong Ba market. Lunch Dinner in Hue. 16h47 take E2 train to Hanoi. Overnight on train E2 to Hanoi by soft sleeper.DAY 9: HA NOI CITY TOUR (B, L )
5h00 Arrive Hanoi.
9h00 AM Visit to HoChiMinh Mausoleum, HoChiMinh's House-on-stilt, HoChiMinh Museum (or Ethnic Museum), Van Mieu (Temple of Literature). Lunch
P.M: Visit Hoan Kiem Lake, Ngoc Son Temple. Cyclo tour (2 hours) to visit Old Quarter of Hanoi and Dong Xuan Market. Dinner. Night in Hanoi. ( Hotel check in time after 12:00 PM )DAY 10: HANOI - HALONG BAY - CATBA (B, L )
Driver to HaLong Bay, 180km to the North-East of Hanoi, one of the World's Natural Heritage. It takes you 3,5 hour for driving. Boat trip on the bay (5 hours) to visit typical islands and caves. Lunch on boat. Enjoy the landscape of the immense bay with 5,000 islets. Bathing at a beach at The Titop Islet. Check in hotel in CatBa islands. Dinner and night at Cat Ba islands.
DAY 11: CATBA - HAIPHONG- HANOI (B, L )
Drive to visit Cat Ba National Park. Bathing at Cat Co Beach. Lunch. PM: Get hydrofoil to HaiPhong City. Drive back to Hanoi. Dinner and night in Hanoi.
DAY 12: HANOI - DEPATURE (B)
Breakfast. Shopping. Transfer to Noi Bai airport for departure.
